My answer to your question is Superman and yes! Twice. Neither time was all that spectacular, but they were okay.

The real formidable weapons are her clearly broken ankles.

She's wearing super, "invisible" casts on both legs.

Wolverine was my favorite back in the era of holograms and gimmick covers. Actually he still is!
I did, plenty of times to be exact.

Jim Lee was the shiznits back then but more recently I've been trying to go for a more Liefeldian execution.

Both for comedic and nostalgia's sake, I guess?

Back in the day it was Spider-man, I remember lots of my childhood drawings being focused on that paticular character. Funny thing I haven't drawn that character in a longer while, I'd have to see how I would fare with the design nowadays, I remember the webbing design to always be the pain.

Fantastic design, I always liked the seemingly simple yet stylish approach to the costumes :)

Ultraman. I tried drawing Ultraman Leo one time, but his head design is so complicated that I kinda stopped before I finished.

I have a large number of favorite superheroes. Including The Flash, Aquaman, Doctor Strange, He-Man, and so much more. I don't think I ever drew any of them.
