They promised to listen to all of your comments, but ultimately, the decision would be theirs. Would you do it, just to get published? Would you turn it down and self publish? what would you do? christopherhartbooks.com

Art Tip of the Day: Should You Erase?

Do you attempt to draw something perfectly on the first try? Are you afraid someone might think you made a "mistake?" But wait a minute. is it really a mistake? You haven't done anything wrong. You tried something, and weren't satisfied with it, erased it, and are trying something new. Sounds like a plan to me.

I always say, "If you aren't making mistakes, you aren't trying new things." In my youtube videos, I often demonstrate this. Just remember, you don't get points for getting it right the first time. Give yourself the freedom to experiment. Just a tip from your pal and cartooning sherpa, Christopher Hart. christopherhartbooks.com
